We should Know about the Antioxidants

Antioxidants and Free Radicals:

Free radicals continually damage our body. For this reason our body needs its antioxidants and, we consume from the natural sources of the antioxidants. We know free radicals are the most dangerous and cause diseases and disorders. Chronic diseases like diabetes, heart diseases, and cancerous diseases are most effected by oxidative stress. Do you know where we can get the antioxidants. Yes, we get them from fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, and supplements. Commonly we listen to vitamin C and vitamin E, which are the most common antioxidants. But when cooperatively, the most effective antioxidants are also available.

Understand the Free radicals:

Free radicals are continually being produced in the body by the metabolic process. Imagine without metabolism our biological metabolic process will not work out cellular function. And free radicals even cause harm to the body, surprisingly how do we balance them.? Exactly we need here” antioxidants”. These help to neutralize or balance the free radicals produced by the biological process. And from external sources if damaging the body.

Do you think free radicals are dangerous all the way,? Another role function is supporting immunity, our immunity is to fight against pathogens and infections. Also, we still cannot completely avoid the free radicals generation, from the body and external sources. Because of the reason we need to always balance the free radicals and antioxidants.

Those who are suffering from diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic diseases have a high level of oxidative stress. And free radical formation is very high.  Due to this reason they need a high level of antioxidants. Why free radical formation is increasing.? Because damage is very high with chronic diseases and free radical formation is also very high comparatively with healthy individuals.

We need to know that free radicals where cause damage to the cell. Yes it damages where cellular organelles particularly DNA. This damage spreads to the other organelles. And other cells and its move on spreads to the different tissues, organs of the body. If any person suffering from a particular organs, and if he consumes more antioxidants probably the damage is very less.

Different types of Antioxidants:

Generally, we know that Ubiquinol means Coq10, glutathione is considered an antioxidant, but also albumin, and uric acid is also considered to be antioxidants. As we know generally we get consume from external sources like plant and animal sources like phenolic acids, carotenoids, flavonoids, etc and most commonly we listen and read somewhere about vitamins also. Even some minerals also show the antioxidant properties from some elements such as Zinc, selenium, and Manganese. Even our body within our own system can provide antioxidants but they are not to fight against free radicals, for this reason, we need external sources of antioxidants

Antioxidants available in foods:

Do you consume antioxidants daily? The question yourself how much you are reducing your oxidative stress by replacing it with antioxidants. Yes, so, when we consume natural sources of antioxidants daily good for healh. Especially fresh and natural sources of antioxidants it helps us a lot. In our body hidden damage by the free radicals we cannot experience unless it maturity. And shows the symptoms of the organ related damage. Due to this reason, we must consume high levels of antioxidants right now. It reduces the future risk of any kind of damage to our body

Blueberries: The blueberries are rich sources of antioxidants, it’s one the seasonal fruits, on the market available different types of berries, and all berries caries a certain amount of antioxidants among all blueberries are best research suggestions

Dark Chocolates: We love dark chocolates, kids too much, you know dark chocolates have a high levels of antioxidants, and too much of chocolates are also another issue. Apart from dark chocolate research suggests that help to minimize the complications of heart diseases, inflammations

Artichokes: Artichokes are one of the most important rich in nutrients and antioxidants, to be reality that boiling and streaming the artichokes makes more availability of antioxidants

Astaxanthin: Yes, the most prominent antioxidant is astaxanthin, this one has the highest ORAC value in astaxanthin

Vitamin C: The vitamin is for immunity during the covid 19 we all know that immunity it’s the most important vitamin and widely available, another side is vitamin C is a excellent antioxidant.

Vitamin E: Another antioxidant is Vitamin E, you know it is a very good one and it is also a widely available vitamin and various foods

Coq10: The Coenzyme Q10 is one of the best antioxidants, It decreases with age are decreased, due to this reason this one is age-related and available in red meat, the heart, and liver of animals mostly in vital organs and vegetables, and even in some fresh nuts

Conclusion:

Don’t think that we cannot escape from oxidative stress, if we try to multiangle we can save and secure our health from adverse events of oxidative stress, try to eat fresh green leafy vegetables, and nuts, take plenty of water that reduces the clearance of waste metabolites, this one helps to reduce the damage. Take the good and fresh air, try to take the fresh vegetables it has most active in vitamins and high-quality antioxidants, we completely we may not escape from it and we can reduce the damage early.if you really focus on antioxidant intake we can reduces damage and reduce the chronic diseases severity, and can protect from early aging.
